Not What It Claims to Be
I have no complaint about the company I bought it from. They dealt with me fairly and quickly. The problem is that on the box, it clearly says that this is a 6-cup perolator, but it only holds 3.5 cups of water -- and that's without putting the basket in. After you've put the "insides" in the percolator, you will end of with 3 cups of coffee or less. I don't consider 8 ounces to be a cup of coffee, so I'm talking about measuring cups. What the heck?
