great value for the price
It works well and it's cheap. It is, however, much smaller than I expected. I makes it much harder to sharpen kitchen knives.
Water stones keep your kitchen knives sharp
This is a very good stone. You'll find many free videos online that assist with using water stones. Soak for at least 3 hours and keep wet during sharpening process. Follow with a finer stone (600 white) and then buff the blade on a rough embedded strop. Patience will pay as you learn to do this very rewarding skill.
