Not a product I'd recommend.
I bought one of these on sale as I thought if would be something that might be fun. How wrong I was! First off for a non-stick grill the meat certainly sticks. Each time we used it the meat stuck to the upper lid grill. It had to be scraped off, which considering how dry it made the meat meant it fell off the top tray in many pieces and looked nothing like the burgers on the box! Secondly, each time the unit was used the grease trap under the unit, which is supposed to catch the grease, didn't work. Grease ended up all over the kitchen counter. The trap was properly in place each time, but virtually useless. There is nothing to shut the unit to flatten the meat so it ends up looking like the patties on the box and the unit gets pretty hot so you wouldn't want to press the top lid down with your hand. The measuring scoop for the meat is pretty useless. I used this product to make 4 batches the first time I used it, and a family member thinking that is wasn't as bad as I said...
