I'm not sure how this oven performs. As I din't own it long enough to know. (My friends with a bunch of kids have a toaster/oven/broiler that they've been using for years! At least ten. Don't know what their brand is, but it's definitely not this one.)
That was my second time using this oven... (sigh...)
The first time I toasted bread. It came out crisp and perfect.
The second time I was baking potatoes. At some point I opened the door to check how done they were, and from that moment on, the door wouldn't close. There is a part that is supposed to keep it tightly shut, and my guess is that that part gave way. Broke. Now there's a 1/2 an inch gap*. The door opens horizontally towards the bottom. So the gap is in the top where all the hot air rises. That is kind of annoying since all the heat escapes and the oven stops being an...
Very satisfied
Toasts very evenly. So far very good results when baking. Knobs easy to turn and read. Only dislike is my old toaster oven pans do not fit and as far as I can tell there is only one rack position. I turn the wire rack upside down so the bottom of the toast doesn't get so brown. Like the small size compared to my last toaster oven.

Product was packaged securely & delivered quickly. Tried to replace older toaster oven that finally pooped out. Unfortunately, new and improved is not necessarily better, but it works OK for what it is. This is not the suppliers doing; and we're very satisfied with the transaction.
